I had an outstanding experience at Ziebart from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional, especially from Joanne “Joey” Siwa. She went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and even helped me get some extra services at an amazing price. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to making her customers happy truly set her apart. When I picked up my car, I was absolutely blown away. It looked incredible, better than I imagined. The quality of the work is top-notch, and it’s clear that everyone at Ziebart takes great pride in what they do. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service, excellent value, and results that exceed expectations, I highly recommend Ziebart. Be sure to ask for Joey. She made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Five stars all the way.

Jo Jo and the whole WS location was awesome. I had a lot of ceramic work done, plus my rust proofing under the car. They all did great. Thank you!!!! Wish the sun was out, to get a better picture

I normally don’t do reviews but in this case I felt compelled to share my amazing experience with Joanne Siwa at Ziebart of West Seneca !! Let’s start from the beginning as she spent well over an hour with me explaining all the package options. She was engaging and listened to my wants and needs for my Cadillac XT6. She understood my financial situation and that was the key to arriving at the package that worked for my budget. She is an absolutely incredible person. She went above and beyond and was able to get me not one, not two, but three additional discounts!! I was absolutely floored by her ability to make all this happen for me ! Now, upon pickup she spent another hour with me showing me all the work done on the inside and outside of the vehicle explaining every detail of the process that took place. Just awesome !! I will tell everyone this: go see her at their location on Union rd in West Seneca you will be thrilled that you did !! Trust me. I am going to post pictures of the car after I picked it up. Please notice that you can see the reflection of the white puffy clouds high up in the sky on the front hood !! Incredible !!!

I had an outstanding experience at Zeibart West Seneca! From the moment I walked in, Dani at the front desk greeted me with a warm, beaming personality that made me feel welcome right away. Joanne was incredibly knowledgeable, energetic, and took the time to explain my options. She helped me get a fantastic deal on the Ceramic Z-Gloss coating, paint correction, interior detail, and I couldn't be happier with the results. A huge shout-out to Tori for the amazing work on my car. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. The time, effort, and attention to detail he put into the ceramic coating were exceptional. My car looks and smells brand new, and the paint sparkles like diamonds in the sunlight! It's obvious that details matter to him, and he absolutely nailed it. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about delivering quality work. I highly recommend Zeibart West Seneca to anyone looking to protect their vehicle and have it looking its absolute best.

Absolutely fantastic. They took the car while I was at work and came back with it maybe 4 hours later. No inconvenience to me🙏. I was genuinely shocked getting in my car everything was detailed. Somehow better than when I bought the car. My jackets in the back of my car were folded and organized. Very grateful and incredibly thoughtful. Not the best photos, but my car was a little messy haha so thank you again
